There is hope!

Brisk Walk Can Curb Chocolate Cravings

I crave chocolate approximately, well, all day long. Usually, the only thing that keeps me from eating it is not having any in the house. Maybe I should start going for a walk each time the craving becomes overwhelming. Wow, I might be walking, well, all day long. But hey, it may kick my weight loss into gear! I think I've been trying to lose the same 3 pounds for about 4 months now... Not to mention the 15 or so pounds I want to lose on top of that. :p
